Caer Developments ordered from JSI Timber Frame Ltd
the supply and fix of the timber frames for two semi detached dormer
bungalows at our development in North Pembrokeshire. Their quote was
accepted on 1st September 2008 as it met all our requirements and was 15%
below the prices offered by several local competitors.
Clear timeframes were provided by JSI Timber Frame Ltd for the supply of the
timber frame and were adhered to, with Construction of the structure
commencing on site in early October. What we particularly liked about
JSI is that they arranged the whole package including delivery and unloading
at site including the provision of the crane. Most of the other
companies quoting required us to arrange crane hire even though erection of
the Frames was included in their quotes.
The site team were excellent workers operating well with others on site and
with the owners of the neighbouring properties. The service
provide by Nathen Houston and his team was of the highest standard, at all
times helpful and the finished product is of excellent quality and
workmanship and the bill was exactly as quoted with no attempts to charge
for any amendments that arose during the project.
Based on our experience with JSI Timber Frame Ltd we consider them to offer
a highly professional service, quality timber frames with a good standard of
workmanship, a complete work package at highly competitive prices.
